The CEKOM 3LJ project will develop specific new products based on wild species of medicinal and aromatic plants of the Dalmatian hinterland. Through the development of new products based on the aforementioned natural potential, it will be possible to add value to the existing production of interested entrepreneurs and enter the market of healthy and functional food.

CEKOM 3LJ

Thanks to the implementation of scientific research activities and new methods of extraction and isolation of bioactive components from plants, new products will be designed that exploit all the benefits of wild plant species spread throughout the Dalmatian hinterland.

In collaboration with Pharmagal d.o.o.:

  1. Development of a soothing gel with extracts of medicinal aromatic herbs
  2. Development of ointment with tincture for injuries with extracts of medicinal aromatic herbs
  3. Development of a moisturizing facial serum with extracts of medicinal aromatic herbs
  4. Development of a nourishing vitamin cream with extracts of wild fruit
  5. Development of a scalp lotion with extracts of medicinal aromatic herbs
  6. Development of a lozenge with extracts of medicinal aromatic herbs
  7. Development of a capsule with antioxidant activity with extracts of wild fruit
  8. Development of an oil capsules for beneficial effects on elevated cholesterol and triglycerides and elevated blood pressure with extracts of medicinal aromatic herbs
  9. Development of a liquid preparation for fluid replacement with electrolytes with the addition of extracts of medicinal aromatic herbs
  10. Development of a liquid preparation for regulating digestion with extracts of medicinal aromatic herbs

In collaboration with Puđa d.o.o.:

  1. Cheese with the addition of lavender that has the properties of a functional food
  2. Cheese with the addition of immortelle that has the properties of a functional food
  3. Cheese with the addition of basil that has the properties of a functional food
  4. Cheese with the addition of yarrow that has the properties of a functional food
  5. Cheese with the addition of sage that has the properties of a functional food
