The company collects and processes cow's, sheep's and goat's milk and produces traditional hard, semi-hard, fresh and albumin cheeses, using only whole milk, which ensures the products' recognizable quality. The cheeses are recognized on the market and awarded at exhibitions and fairs, and the company wants to develop new products with the addition of wild Dalmatian herbs.

The company, founded by the health institution Pharmacies of the Split-Dalmatia County, manufactures pharmaceuticals and medical products, cosmetics and dietary supplements. Based on the results of basic and industrial research conducted with partner institutions, it conducts research into the experimental development of new products.

The Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek is a modern higher education institution with rich scientific and professional work and eight different university studies. The University of Applied Sciences “Marko Marulic“ of Knin
The Polytechnic "Marko Marulić" in Knin was founded in 2005 with the intention of organizing and conducting professional studies. Professional studies are conducted in three professional areas through departments: Trade and Entrepreneurship, Karst Agriculture and Food Technology, along with an Innovation Center intended for research and innovative projects that serves students for experimental work.
